If on the other hand, you are returning the item simply because you no longer want or like it, then, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the shipping fees associated with returning the item. I strive to provide my customers with great customer service and would like the opportunity to help solve any issues that may occur. Shipping/Tracking: All items will have a tracking number once the label is created through the carrier. You will be notified when the label is created. Once the carrier scans your package the item will start tracking. Please note that once the item is given to the USPS or other carriers I have no control over the timeframe or when it arrives at your destination. If you have any questions feel free to contact me and I can help with the tracking but I am not responsible for the carrier\'s timeframe. If you are purchasing through the international eBay global shipping program then your package is first sent to a warehouse somewhere in the US and then resent to its final destination. Your package will first be delivered to one of these sites and then you will receive a new tracking number once it leaves that warehouse.
