At one side there is a feather \"bird\" made by a beaded \"body\" and parrot feathers plus a long black feather as the tail that projects toward the front. There is a shiny black band around the hat at the bottom, which ends in a small bow. Gorgeous! There is an elastic band attached to the inside to keep the hat in place.
