The flat top crown is surrounded by a band of intricate blue and white iridescent sequins in a beautiful swirly pattern. The brim is edged in gold straw, as shown in the photos. There is an elastic band attached to the inside of then hat. There is no designer label, indicating it was a custom-made creation. This is an authentic piece of fashion history! This hat is in wonderful vintage condition & has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years.
