We do not hold items unless they are paid in full—once payment is received, we are happy to hold for pickup. Please read the full description carefully before messaging—many common questions are answered there. All tack is USED unless clearly stated otherwise. Wear and condition are shown in photos and described to the best of my ability. Items are sold as-is. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect tack before riding/use. There are no guarantees on used tack—purchasing used items always involves some risk. Once a package is dropped off and scanned by the carrier, shipping delays, loss, or damage must be addressed through the shipping company. I will gladly provide tracking and assist with documentation as needed.
